Residence Inn by Marriott Montreal Airport

Unfortunately I cannot properly rate this hotel. We arrived in Montreal extremely tired and hungry after an overseas flight was delayed and we missed the last connection of the night. I booked the Marriott Residence Inn at the last minute, but we mistakenly got off the airport shuttle bus at the Courtyard Marriott. The hotels share a shuttle bus. Due to the computer system being down, we were unable to properly check in and did not discover we were at the wrong hotel until morning. Much appreciated the staff letting us get into the room before the computers were sorted out. But perhaps the shuttle bus driver could give more info to passengers as he is dropping them off.

We had to book here on a spur of the moment change and had to be close to the airport. We were delighted with the size of our room, the friendliness of the front desk staff, and the breakfast was excellent! The oatmeal bar was a great treat from packaged oatmeal!

Spacious room for our weather related and unplanned travel delay. Clean and comfy. The suite option was perfect for our family of four, especially given we were further delayed and had to hang out for several more hours. We had the space to do so.

Our room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Excellent staff.

The breakfast was excellent. The ladies at the breakfast were very kind and helpful. They went beyond with their customer service.
